Just a short update on the maid trend in Japan. After the maid cafes sprung up in Tokyo a bit more than a wek ago and got worldwide extensive press coverage, everybody would have thought it will be old stuff in a year or so. BUT…not so at all. Not only are the maid cafes popular as ever with waiting hours up to one hour.Also many other places sprung up, from foot massage to drinking bars with the staff all dressed up. Shops offer maid costumes not only for party goods but also as a regular fashion. So you don`t need to be real lucky to find girls running around in full dress-up…
